Maya Baby Steps

About

I am currently a Junior at Ringling College of Art and Design. I love to create worlds and build stories with imagery. Growing up I drew up many, many, many comics, which helped foster my art skills and abilities. I chose to pursue a degree and career in game art because games have become my favorite medium; and the storytelling, visual possibilities, and constant advancements continue to prove games are at the forefront of today's creative revolution and technological breakthroughs. Not only that, the prospect of being a part of a team dedicated to realizing a vision, and thus reinforcing and strengthening each others art and other abilities is something I need to be a part of. I will be using this page to upload process work from my classes. I will also upload pieces I've done in the past, as well as other sketches and completed works I do in my spare time.
